The format
Fill out the playoff bracket from the opening series through the World Series. Select the teams you expect to advance, then follow how your bracket compares with the group’s.
At a glance
The pick sheet offers win-in values based on the length of each series. Use those choices when predicting how many games your team will need; do not apply the World Series options to every round.
Correct series winners earn that round’s base points. If enabled, a seed bonus adds points using the winning team’s seed and round number. The win-in bonus requires both the correct winner and the correct number of games.
You can choose the right team and miss the series length. In that case, the winner can still earn base points without earning the win-in bonus.
When enabled, predict the total runs scored by both teams across all World Series games. The closest prediction to the actual total breaks a scoring tie.
Tell members the event includes the postseason bracket, even though the event name is MLB World Series. It is more than a prediction about the last series alone.
