Get your group ready to make picks
A good invitation tells people what they are joining and what to do next. Use the draft below, then check the details against your league before sending it.
Write your pool invitation
Add your league details and copy the message into your email or group chat. This tool does not send invitations or change your league settings. The draft is not saved when you leave this page.
Before you invite the group
1.Choose the contest
Use the available event list when creating your league. Check the event name, format, and dates before sharing it with the group.
2.Read the scoring
Review the points for correct picks and any enabled bonuses. Different formats use different scoring; send members to the scoring shown in your league.
3.Check the pick deadline
Look at the contest schedule and pick sheet. Set a reminder for your group before picks close, allowing time for new members to register.
4.Review the hosting charge
The first five member entries in each contest are free, then the commissioner pays $1 per additional member who submits picks. Adding another contest creates a separate entry count.
5.Share the invitation
Copy the invitation link from your league. Ask members to sign in or register, join the league, and submit their picks.
6.Confirm the group is ready
Joining a league and submitting picks are separate steps. Remind members to finish their selections and include a tiebreak prediction when the contest calls for one.
